Capital one has applied with Fairfax County to rezone the 26.2 acre Capital One campus off Rt 123 adjacent to the new Tysons-McLean metro station on the Silver Line. They are looking to create a mixed-use development consisting of office, hotel, retail and residential uses. There will be a total of 12 new building with three new streets and public and private parks.
Hearing dates with the planning commission and board of supervisors have not been scheduled.
