Avalon Parc Crest To Add More Apartments to Tysons Corner

Avalon, which operates 21 apartment complexes in the Washington area,  broke ground on a new 354-unit apartment late 2010. Called Avalon Park Crest, the apartments will be part of the larger Park Crest development that includes condos, apartments and a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Avalon hopes to complete the project by spring 2012, one year before the Dulles Metrorail extension is expected to reach Tysons Corner. The apartments will also be within walking distance of the Tysons Galleria mall and the Tysons Corner Center mall.
