In the City of Alexandria the tax rate for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 is $1.043 per $100 of assessed value.

In the City of Fairfax the tax rate for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 is $1.040 per $100 of assessed value.

Town of Vienna
The 2014 tax rate for Town of Vienna was 0.2288% . In the Town of Vienna you also must pay Fairfax County real estate tax in addition – so the total would be 0.2288%(Town of Vienna tax rate 2014) + 1.090%(Fairfax County tax rate 2015) = 1.3188% of tax assessed value.

Town of Herndon
In the Town of Herndon the tax rate for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 is $$0.265 + Fairfax County rate of $1.090 = $1.355 per $100 of assessed value.
Falls Church City
In Falls Church City the tax rate in 2014 was $1.341 per $100 of tax assessed value. The tax rate for Fiscal Year 2016 is $1.305 per $100.
