2018 is almost over and the real estate market in Tysons Corner Virginia has had another great year. January, February, March and April started off with great new listings in the Tysons Corner area (zip codes 22102 and 22182.)
The sales pretty much followed the 5 year average with a bit of a slow start in February but then more than making up for that with a lot of closings in March (the number of homes closing in March was an 74 for the 22102/22182 zipcodes – the 5 year average is usually in the mid 40’s.)
So, how is the market in Tysons Corner, Mclean and Vienna? It looks to be doing great in spite of raising interest rates,probably due to the positive economy and jobs market. Reasonably priced homes in the area sell quickly at great prices.
