Pimmit Hills is a great community nestled in between Tysons Corner and the City of Falls Church. It was originally built in the 1950’s as a neighborhood of 884 sq/ft homes with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
These days the neighborhood in undergoing a transition with many of the old smaller homes torn down and replaced with new and large homes.
Still, the neighborhood has retained much of its character – mostly due to the lack of a homeowner association. With no covenants to comply with, front yards are often showcases of the owners’ character and creativity.

As can be seen in the above picture – when the old tree in the front yard has got to go, something else will come in it’s place. In this case, a grizzly bear is emerging from the old tree trunk!
