Prior to selling my condo, I met with multiple real estate agents to get a comprehensive perspective on my options for representation. This included hosting multiple open houses, listening (and responding) to my ideas about updated marketing, and using creative methods to drive foot traffic to my home. Ultimately, we sold my unit, and I am very pleased with the end result. I don’t believe that any of the other agents could have managed this process better.
