The condominiums at the Fountains at McLean are a great value. For the location the 1 bedroom prices in the mid to upper $200’s for 1 bedrooms and mid to upper $300’s for 2 bedrooms (2020) you will be hard pressed to find a better price. The community is being renovated throughout and should help make the community even more popular with owner occupants and investors alike.

AWESOME LOCATION.
The Fountains of McLean is a condominium community in McLean Virginia walking distance to two Silver Line Metro Stations. The Spring Hill station is just shy of a mile away and the Tysons Corner Station stop is about 1.1 miles. The community is located minutes from the Tysons Corner mall, Freddie Mac, Capital One, MITRE, Rt-123, I-495 and Dulles Tollroad. The location will just get more and more attractive with all the development happening in Tysons Corner.

The Gates of Mclean

The Gates of McLean consists of multiple buildings of two styles: mid-rise and garden.

The mid-rise style condominiums have controlled building access, heated hallways and underground parking available (does not come with all units.)

The garden-style condominiums have open hallways and there is surface parking only. There are numerous 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models available for sale and rent. The the units have open floor plans with a balcony and washer and dryer.

There is a 2-level clubhouse with on-site management, exercise room, sauna, clubhouse/party room and a pool. On the premises are also a playground, walking paths, a sports court and picnic areas.

Gates of McLean was originally built in 1998 as a rental complex. The complex was converted in 2003/2004 to condominiums by Crescent Heights and sold out in less than 9 months.

Some of the units are located up against I-495 and the Dulles Toll-road. Therefore, traffic noise can be expected in some of the units even though noise barriers help reduce the noise. Of course, the proximity of major highways is one of the great features of this neighborhood. Nearby major roads like I495, Dulles Toll-road, Chain Bridge Road, I-66 and Rt. 7 provide easy access to almost anywhere.
