It was arguably the first high-rise luxury condominium building in Tysons Corner(two older high-rises being The Rotonda and Lillian Court.) One Park Crest is being joined by the new Tysons Corner luxury condominiums Monarch and Verse at the Boro.

Built around 2008, the 330+ units over 19 floors features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Some with dens and some without. Prices range from the $400’s for ~800sqft units to $1,500,000 for a ~2,253 sqft 3 bedroom 3.5 bath top floor unit (as of early 2019.)

One Park Crest has great amenities like garage parking, controlled access with a 24 hour staffed front desk, fitness center and guest suites and an 18th floor swimming pool. Additionally it has a great 18th floor club room with sweeping views of Tysons Corner.

The Gates of Mclean

The Gates of McLean consists of multiple buildings of two styles: mid-rise and garden.

The mid-rise style condominiums have controlled building access, heated hallways and underground parking available (does not come with all units.)

The garden-style condominiums have open hallways and there is surface parking only. There are numerous 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models available for sale and rent. The the units have open floor plans with a balcony and washer and dryer.

There is a 2-level clubhouse with on-site management, exercise room, sauna, clubhouse/party room and a pool. On the premises are also a playground, walking paths, a sports court and picnic areas.

Gates of McLean was originally built in 1998 as a rental complex. The complex was converted in 2003/2004 to condominiums by Crescent Heights and sold out in less than 9 months.

Some of the units are located up against I-495 and the Dulles Toll-road. Therefore, traffic noise can be expected in some of the units even though noise barriers help reduce the noise. Of course, the proximity of major highways is one of the great features of this neighborhood. Nearby major roads like I495, Dulles Toll-road, Chain Bridge Road, I-66 and Rt. 7 provide easy access to almost anywhere.
